Rewards Program Policy

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    -Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail).
-No cancellations accepted after shipment.
-Returns are accepted within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date, on unopened packages with original manufacturer`s seal.  No returns for special orders. -Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee.
-Customer will assume return shipping costs.
If it's damaged items, we'll pay for the shipping and waive the restocking fee.
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Claims for any damage must be mad within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

Cancellation Policy

    Please contact kris@wonderxfans.com for cancellation. Cancellation is subject to processing time. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
If the order has already been received, please refer to the return process.

 



Because the layout of each style is different, it is impossible to use one size chart to perfectly show you the sizes of all products. You can refer to the table below to choose, if you have any questions about the size of a certain style, please find us through FG's chat.



 

  • Q. Can I customize the logo for my product?
    Wonderxfans is a supplier for brands and we are happy to customize your logo for you. We can customize labels for customers whose first order is more than 100 pieces. Similarly, if you have purchased more than 500 pieces in our store, we can also customize the logo for you. Before you start your customization, please find us through fashiongo's chat box. Likewise, if you want to customize your logo, you need to have one about your logo and label. This will greatly improve our efficiency.
  • Q. Can I get a more detailed size chart or picture ?
    Yes, you can get a detailed size chart. Please chat with us via FG chat, we will be happy to provide detailed sizes and pictures.
  • Q. How soon will I get my order?
    Orders will be shipped within 2 days of your order. We have two warehouses in China and the United States, and the American warehouse will arrive within 3-5 days after shipment. China warehouse will arrive within 5-8 days after shipment.We will mark the products of different warehouses clearly.
  • Q. How long does it take to ship an order?
    Generally the goods will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment. The goods will be delivered within 4-7 working days by DHL or Fedex. It is about 7-10 working days by USPS.
  • Q. How do I make a return?
    If you would like a return, please contact us at kris@wonderxfans.com. And tell us in the email why you want to return it. If possible, please let us know your order number and necessary pictures. We will confirm the return with you by email, and after confirmation, we can refund you for other operations. If you think mail can't solve your problem, please find us through fashiongo's chat, we will reply you within 48 hours.
  • Q. How do I ship to several locations
    If you need us to ship the item to a different location. Please place an order at a different address. Our final shipment is sent to the order address. For example: If you have multiple stores in Los Angeles and New York, please place an order at our store with addresses in New York and Los Angeles respectively. Our order processing team will arrange delivery for you by address.
