A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    Please note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy.
It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon its arrival to your store.
All of the order is final sale.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• We allows customers to return items within 3 days of receiving your product regarding merchandise defect only.
• All tags must still be attached on any returns and still be in their original packaging
• You must notify us in writing at wholesalefashionmarket@gmail.com with your company name, order number, which style/pieces were damaged, reason for return and a photo of the piece with the issue.
• Any returns received by WFM without a return authorization issued by WFM will not be accepted.
• If your return qualifies, we will send you return instructions via email
• If you have further questions regarding returns, email us at wholesalefashionmarket@gmail.com


It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us regarding any requests for cancellations.  An email confirming the cancellation will be sent to the email on file once the order has been cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in FashionGo, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled.
