What is my order status?
Retailers can go to “Order History” to check the status of all orders. For recent orders that vendors shipped, track the expected delivery date by clicking on the Tracking No.

Newly Placed
The placed order is currently under review by the vendor. Retailers can cancel the order when the order is in “Newly Placed” status (Order History > click Order Details > Cancel). Retailers can easily change or amend a “Newly Placed” order. After an order has been “Confirmed,” retailers would have to contact the vendor for any changes to the order.
Confirmed
The vendor has reviewed and “Confirmed” the order. Your order is being processed and will be charged when it is ready to be shipped. When the order is “Confirmed,” any changes to the order must be directed to the vendor. Retailers can contact the vendor via “Send Message” function on FASHIONGO.
Currently, most orders are delayed due to COVID-19. Please 'Send Message' to the vendor to find out the status of your order. We appreicate your patience!
Partially/Fully Shipped
The order is currently in route! Your order has been charged and shipped. There should be a tracking number for every shipped order. You can track the delivery status of your order by clicking on the “Tracking No.” located in “Order History.” If you do not see a tracking number, please message the vendor by clicking “Send Message.”
Backordered (and Pre-Order)
When the item(s) you have ordered is backordered, the order will be considered “Backordered” and another order separating these backordered items will be created noted with the same PO number with “-BO1” attached at the end to indicate the Backorder status. On the new order, you will be able to see the new available date for that item(s).
Items ordered with a later availability date are considered “Pre-Order” and a new PO number will be created with “-IN1” attached at the end to indicate that it is a Pre-Order.
“Backordered” (and Pre-Order) items will take longer to ship as they are not available at the time the order was placed. Retailers wanting to cancel the “Backordered” orders are advised to review vendor’s cancellation policy before any cancellations.
Cancelled
Orders canceled may be due to the vendor’s inability to fulfill the order or may have been requested by the retailer.
Returned
If the order is returned to the vendor, the “Order Status” will reflect that the order has been returned to the vendor.
