Are products returnable on FASHIONGO DROPSHIPPING?
All incorrect or damaged product(s) must be notified to the vendor within seven (7) business days of receipt via the Return Product option on the Order Details page. In order to be eligible for a return, all return products must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. All other products' returnability will depend on each vendor's respective return policy. You may find a vendor's return policy on each product listing. Please be advised due to hygiene reasons, return requests for some products (including Swimwear, cover-Ups, intimates, Shapewears, Underwear, Lingerie, etc.) may be declined.
