What are Backup Cards?

How it works:
If payment fails at checkout, we'll charge a backup from your card list for eligible orders. We prioritize cards with the most recent successful transaction and, if needed, the most recently added card.To manage your Backup Cards,
- Visit Fashiongo.net>"My Account" > "My Cards."
- Turn backups on or off (off by default).
- Add or remove backups from your card list.
Note: Keep at least 2 active cards for backups (no declined or expired cards).

How it works:
If payment fails at Autopay, we'll retry transactions with backup cards that are saved in Autopay settings.
Once transaction succeed with a backup card, we'll then save it as a new primary autopay card for later transactions. We prioritize cards as how it's set in settings. Autopay setting will be turned off if all primary and backup cards has failed.
Backup card for dropshipping only applies to Autopay. If payment fails at Check out for sample orders, you must change payment methods (card selection) and complete the check out.
To manage your Backup Cards,
- Visit "ds.fashiongo.net" >> "Settings" >> "Autopay settings"
- Add or select card from your card list and check card and check [backup] box.
to remove card from backup card list, uncheck the box and save changes
- Drag and drop Back up cards in orders which you wish to be used.
- Review your Autopay settings and save changes.
Note: you can select multiple cards to be backup cards.

1) Is there any fee for using the Backup Cards?
No, there are no fees for using backup cards on FASHIONGO. This is a complimentary service to enhance your shopping experience.
2) Can I choose which cards are included or excluded as backups?
Yes! You can turn the backup feature on or off for each card on both Wholesale and Dropshipping.
In Wholesale settings, you can also include your default card as backup as well.
This feature stays active as long as you have at least 1 backup on file.
Note: Changes to your backups will apply to orders placed after the adjustment.
3) What happens if both my Checkout and Backup Cards fail? (for Wholesale)
If payment fails for backups and the card used at checkout, check for issues like card expiration or insufficient funds. Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid disruptions.
4) What happens if all of my Primary Autopay card and Backup Cards fail? (for Dropshipping)
If Autopay payment fails with Primary Autopay card, backup cards will be automatically applied and resume transaction. If multiple backup cards are on file, we'll retry in orders which was saved until transaction is complete or all cards are exhausted. If all backup card fails, your Autopay will be turned off.
Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid disruptions.
