How do I clear a dispute with FASHIONGO?
Credit card issuers might dispute recent charges without the credit card holder’s permission if unusual activities on your credit/debit card are detected. When FASHIONGO is notified of a dispute or chargeback due to fraud, the retailer’s FASHIONGO account is blocked temporarily for security purposes until the issues are solved. If you feel that a dispute was filed by accident, please contact FASHIONGO to resolve them.
If you have already resolved a chargeback with the card issuer but has not been updated on FASHIONGO, please call FASHIONGO Fraud Management Team for further assistance and guidance.
