How do I start a chat?
You may contact vendors using the chat feature on both PC and mobile. There are several different ways to start a chat. Please refer to the following:
1. Top Menu > Chat icon
2. Vendor Home > Chat with Vendor
3. Item Details > Chat about item
4. Order History or Order Details > Chat about order (not available for Dropshipping)
You may receive push-notifications for chats on your mobile device by downloading the mobile app.
* Notice for Wholesale service (fashiongo.net)
- Chat will replace Messages which were previously a communication tool between vendor and buyer. You may access past messages in your account settings page by clicking Message(old) button.
- Live Chat with FASHIONGO's customer service team is no longer available. To reach FASHIONGO's customer service team, please contact via Contact Us page.
