** We offer live-sales from our warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, outskirt of Los Angeles, CA.  Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

 

** SHIPPING:  We do our best to process orders as soon as possible.  However, it usually takes about 1 to 3 business days for us to process and ship.  If it's a backordered item, we will make arrangements accordingly.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

** Please let us know how you would like to be contacted if we run into an issue in preparing your order.  You can leave an instruction or comment in the buyer’s note on your order form.


** We prefer UPS shipping for all our orders but if you choose any other shipping methods, we can make the arrangement as well.


** We require a pre-authorized payment in an estimated amount based on the order and shipping cost.  Once your order is ready to ship, we will then determine the final payment amount.  Actual amount will be charged after the order is complete.  In most circumstances, pre-authorized transactions will be shown as PENDING on your account.  Only the actual amount will be processed and completed within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.

** If there is any holdup with the payment, we can reserve the order for up to 7 days.  Afterwards, we would have to cancel the order.

**Shipping cost is determined by the shipping carrier at the time of shipping.  As reference, shipping costs are based on factors such as dimension, weight, distance, delivery time, etc.

Rewards Program Policy

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    Claims for any defects must be made within 5 days upon receipt of the merchandise and all items returned must be in its original package with no original and contained parts missing.  It is the customer's responsibility for sending the products back to us either for return or exchange.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for any returns or exchanges.  Shipping and handling, including any undeliverable packages, are non-refundable.  Fees, including restocking, shipping and handling will be waived or refunded if returns or exchanges are due to pre-delivery defects. 

Returns will not accepted for the following circumstances.
-Worn
-Washed
-Altered
-Snagged
-Ripped
-Stained
-Odor
-Any other post-delivered conditions

Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation is permitted before the merchandise is shipped.  Otherwise, a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed, no exceptions.  Claims for any missing items must be made within 1 business day upon receipt of the merchandise.
