which may be available per customer request. (Contact Customer Support for zones/regions serviced by carriers) 

*Please Note this service usually takes approximate 3-4 more days to deliver versus standard carriers ( UPS , FedEx , USPS )

*Orders normally ship same day or next business day if item/s are in stock

*Pre-Orders for certain items have a date listed which usually is the week of arrival. The item sometimes due to delay might affect and change the schedule and will come in a couple days after. Some items for example (KELLY-05) will have multiple arrival dates, but those next schedule dates are not listed so we highly recommend customers to message or call regarding any date changes. Mass pre orders like (KELLY-05) will be processed the date the order was placed (earlier to latest). Delay due to cancellation or failure to pay will cause your order to be moved on for the later arrival date, or cancellation (if item is discontinued).

*Once the package is opened and some pairs are sold, we cannot receive them back. We are ONLY allowed to receive returns if the package is all together in its ORIGINAL case

Return Policy

    ALL RETURNS MUST BE REPORTED TO LA SHOE KING WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.  RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15 - 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE UNLESS THE ORDER IS A DEFECT.
