A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. Shipping fee are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

    - ALL cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). The cancellation request should only be made by message and e-mail. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out.

2. There may be a 1-2 cm deviation in different sizes, locations, and stretch of fabrics. The size chart is for reference only, there may be a little difference with what you get.



3. There are 3 kinds of elasticity: High Elasticity (two-sided stretched), Medium Elasticity (one-sided stretched), and Nonelastic (can not stretch).



4. Color may be lighter or darker due to the different PC displays.



5. Wash it by hand in 30-degree water, hang it to dry in shade, and prohibit bleaching.



6. There may be a slight difference in detail and pattern.

    If your order is ready, we will charge it. After charging, we will ship fast for your order, shipping by DHL or FedEx in 5-7 days. We ship from our factory in China
