A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    HRT&LUV will accept returns ONLY if unworn, unwashed merchandise in original package conditions with original tags. Additionally HRT&LUV will only accept returns within 7 days of the initial invoice date or purchase date. All returns are only allowed after receiving a HRT&LUV return authorization number (RA#).  Non-damage related returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and customers are responsible for shipping fees and costs for returning those non-damage items. HRT&LUV stands behind its merchandise and accept all damaged return items at no extra cost for an exchange or a full refund accordingly to how the payment was settled initially. We appreciate your loving heart and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations need to be made prior to shipping process.     Q. Who is HRT&LUV?
    
                                    
    HRT & LUV is located in Los Angeles near Fashion District and it is estimated since 2015. 
HRT & LUV has pioneered the use of a special Enzyme and minerals to dye garments in order to achieve the perfect mix of vintage and contemporary fashion. 
In other words, the founders of this company were tired of wearing low-quality T-shirts. 
So they took this matter into their own hands and started researching for the perfect combination of fashion and comfort, not just for them, but for all of us.
Needless to say, HRT & LUV has been growing ever since because HRT & LUV has never stopped searching for perfection.
As the company name suggests, the staff has a huge heart and passion for what they do and we encourage you to be a part of this fantastic family.

    Q. How long will my order take to arrive after I ordered?
    
                                    
    Usually, it will take about 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your location. 
This is mainly because we only start the printing process after the order is made through Fashion Go.

    Q. Are the garments also made and assembled in the US?
    
                                    
    Not necessarily. We depend on multiple channels of distribution at certain times of the year. 
Therefore, we do a little bit of import as well. We have contractors overseas, such as in China, Vietnam, and Mexico.
However, the majority of our garments are made in the USA and we are very proud of it.

    Q. What sizes do you carry and what the minimum quantity allowed to purchase?
    
                                    
    In general, our sizes usually run from S, M, L, and XL. They are all pre-packed into 1S, 2M, 2L, 1XL total of 6 units per style and color, which is the minimum allowed to purchase.

    Q. Can I mix colors and sizes to reach the minimum allowed limit?

    Q. How do I make a return?
    
                                    
    In order to return merchandise, you must contact our office by phone (213-533-0147) or email (hrtandluv@gmail.com), request a Return Approval Number (RA#), and explain the reason for returning the goods. It is recommended that you provide a photo of the merchandise if damaged. That will help speed up the returning process. Nevertheless, we can either send you a replacement or credit the amount previously spent back to your account.
