A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    All claims (damages, returns and discrepancies) must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. Please email himawari@usa.com for any claims.
Please send pictures and invoice number for damage claims and a UPS label will be provided.
All returns must be approved by a representative to receive credit.
For all non damaged returns there is a 20% restocking fee.
Any claims after 14 days from receipt of merchandise will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
