Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

    RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, request a return, and follow our Return policy. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility.

Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it

If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 30% of the original price will be deducted from the refund.

RETURN POLICY
At Cocoplum , we cherish our retailers, thus we offer a 7-day try period. After receiving your order, you have 7 days to return the merchandise for a full refund no questions asked. 

It may happen, that you receive inventory that is defective or damaged. In that case, please make a claim within 14 days of reception and we'll send you a replacement or a credit note.
