With Capella’s creative direction, a startup wholesale company grew into a global design and manufacturing company by 2014. A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a merchandise may be damaged, missing or incorrect.

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the CAPELLA Website or market platforms  All returns are valid for credit or refund minus the 15% restocking fee if there is nothing wrong with the purchased item(s).   In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

Online purchases are valid for credit or refund within 15 days from the confirmed delivery date. Showroom purchase exchanges are only available at the showroom. No refund is issued after 20 days.  Only store credit will be issued.  (Absolutely no returns for special orders).

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All merchandise must be in its original packaging.  All returned items must be accompanied by the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.  All return request must be in writing via FASHIONGO messaging or email (po@capellaapparel.com).  PLEASE NOTE that any returns without the RMA number will be refused and not accepted. 

Final Sale, Clearance and Closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

    Order cancellations must be requested by written form e-mail (po@capellaapparel.com) or Fashiongo Portal Messaging.

  • Q. 1. What do I do if I want to return an item?
    If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with most or all of your return requests. Your claim must be submitted by email within 10 business days of receipt of goods, please email po@capellaapparel.com for your return authorization (RA) Request. All packages must be unopened and include original label. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags still attached, only damaged goods will receive return labels. Returned packages without an authorization will be shipped back to customers at their own expense. Failure to follow all requirements will result in a 10% restocking fee.
  • Q. 2. What do I do with Damages?
    Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made over email (including pictures of defect) within 10 business days of receipt of goods, otherwise claim will not be honored. Any return not considered a damage will be returned at customer's own expense and must pay a 10% restocking fee for a non-damaged return. * CAPELLA will not issue a return authorization for damages and return claims AFTER indicated dates.
  • Q. 3. Cancellations
    Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail). No cancellations are accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable.
